I am thrilled that the fabulous Dutch team of Featherdown Farms have added America to their International list of farms. We will be taking the family to stay in one of their luxurious tents at Ambrosia Farm and are looking forward to enjoying the summer in a cozy bed under canvas.
I will be featured in an upcoming episode of HGTV’s Top 10 “Champions of Breakfast” which will showcase 10 brilliant kitchens designed to bring the family together.

I am just back from visiting the TEFAF Fair in Maastricht and while I was there I visited some old friends Eric and Tessa Feldhaus, known as the Martha Stewart of Belgium. They have recently opened their farm into a wonderful Bed & Breakfast, a great stop for anyone visiting Belgium.
